Brad Pitt
One of the best-looking actors of Hollywood, Brad Pitt was born on 18th December 1963 in Shawnee in Oklahoma. Brad is an American actor, film producer and also a social activist. He is regarded as one the A-listed actors of Hollywood. Brad played a young American who took his family to the Adriatic for finding a remedy for a skin condition in his first film ‘The Dark Side of the Sun’ in 1988. The movie was shot in Yugoslavia. He has appeared in a television production ‘Too Young to Die’, which was about a teenager who was abused and was given the death penalty for murder, Brad played a drug addict. He played some other movies too like ‘Across the Tracks’ in 1991, ‘Thelma & Louise’, where he got attention for his performance.
However, Brad became famous in the mid 1990s after he starred in various well known Hollywood films. In the movie ‘Interview with the Vampire’ which is an adaptation of the novel by Anne Rice, Brad played the eighteenth century vampire Louis de Pointe du Lac. The movie also starred child Kirsten Dunst, Christain Slater, Tom Cruise and Antonio Banderas. His next movies were ‘Legends of Fall’ and ‘Se7ev’, in the latter one; he shared his screen with renowned actor like Morgan Freeman. In 1995, came Brad’s major release ‘Twelve Monkeys’ for which he received an Academy Award nomination in the Best Supporting Actor category. His other important movies are ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ , ‘Troy’ , ‘Babel’ and many more.
