Also make sure that your skin is hydrated properly from within. Drinking more than eight glasses of water is the key. Apart from that keep your internals clean by having more fibrous and raw food rather than oily food, junk or refined carbohydrates. Have more of B vitamin including food, such as whole grains. Along with that have those containing Zinc, as found in mushrooms and broccoli. Make sure to include Biotin too which are found in eggs. All these ensure that your skin stays healthy.
Having wheat germ or intaking wheat germ oil along with supplements of vitamin A and E keeps your skin healthier in the long-run.
