CURING ACNE PROBLEMS

Health & Beauty 02/11/2024

If you are one of the many Indians who suffer from zits then you should be extra careful while the summer months are approaching. Acnes can plague anyone at any age and it is not true that they persist only till your teenage. Acne can start in the form of whiteheads or blackheads or even as plain pimples! Though the zits are more common in teenage don’t be alarmed if you experience them later. Due to several fluctuating reasons, acne can attack you at any point of your life. They can occur on the face, the neck, the shoulders, the back and even the chest! Acnes mainly occur due to excess oil secreted from your skin pores which should naturally lubricate your skin and hair. It is the excess secretion that breeds the bacteria for those dreaded acnes.

Always remember that a foundation to a good skin is cleanliness and appropriate hydration. No matter what strive to clean your face with anti-bacterial mild facewash or cleanser twice a day. Also make sure that your skin is hydrated properly from within. Drinking more than eight glasses of water is the key. Apart from that keep your internals clean by having more fibrous and raw food rather than oily food, junk or refined carbohydrates. Have more of B vitamin including food, such as whole grains. Along with that have those containing Zinc, as found in mushrooms and broccoli. Make sure to include Biotin too which are found in eggs. All these ensure that your skin stays healthy.
Having wheat germ or intaking wheat germ oil along with supplements of vitamin A and E keeps your skin healthier in the long-run.
