Indian fashion designers are surely creating a storm in the international market. Global fashion houses seem to be rushing to India. The Indian fashion market is attracting the attention of investors from Mauritius, Singapore, Dubai, France and the US. Some overseas fund-houses have expressed interest in investing huge sums in this segment. India is a great land of culture and heritage, which brings out great influences from the background and the culture it has. Foreigners have always been interested in Indian fabrics and textures as a result India still remains as the most potential evolving market that needs to be tapped and the money to be channelised.

India’s fashion heritage is rich in tradition, vibrant in colors and prepossessing. Bold colors created by the inventive drapes of these textiles catches the imagination like no other contemporary clothing. There is always a demand for Indian dresses in International markets because of its unique and outstanding styles and types of garments. Fashion designates us to a certain fashion statement or a symbol. As globalization has knocked on the doors of India, Indian fashion is stated to be at par with fashion shows in Milan and New York.

Indian fashion designers are also being praised worldwide. Their dresses are being applauded and being used in television. Fashion designers like Ritu beri and Sabyasachi Mukherjee talks about how Western trends with Indian touch, can be created thereby making garments which are truly outstanding.

Indian fashion has taken a leap forward towards achieving excellence and the Indian fashion designers are responsible for this excellent growth. These designers have not only given their life to expressing themselves through this medium, but have also carved out a niche for themselves in International market, there by leaving themselves an opportunity of work be the best in whatever they do.
